Marketing Coordinator
Notre Dame Academy is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities: General

• Through strategic marketing, promote awareness of and enrollment in the Academy
• Design all advertisements and marketing materials (including brochures, pamphlets, flyers, posters, etc.)
• Determine placement of all media advertisements
• Create and maintain relationships with local public schools and businesses in the community
• Daily maintenance of the website
• Daily posts on Notre Dame Academy’s Facebook Twitter, etc., accounts
• Take photos of the day-to-day events and supervise professional photographer when taking pictures for marketing purposes.

Responsibilities: Elementary School

• Plan, set-up and execute all Open House events
• Assist the Principal with any graphics/digital presentations as necessary

Responsibilities: High School

• Assist the Principal with any marketing materials
• Represent NDA at community outreach events.

Responsibilities: Mission Advancement
• Assist the Director of Mission Advancement with the design and preparation of all printed materials which are sent out from that office
• Design the Calendar, which is a major fundraising effort
• Assist the Director of Mission Advancement in all fundraising events
•Design and print programs for all events as needed

Responsibilities: Summer Camp

• Promote the Camp online and in social media
• Create and follow the online registration form.
Applicant must have Marketing experience and experience with multiple computer programs including Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Publisher) and Quark or Adobe Photoshop. Please send resume and cover letter to marketing@notredameacademy.org by 1/18/2019.
