To Our Customers & Community:
In response to the rapidly escalating situation surrounding the outbreak of COVID19, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend FlynnO'Hara retail store operations for two weeks, effective March 16, 2020. We will also be shutting down operations at our distribution center and asking corporate employees to work from home the week of March 16. We believe this is a critical step in protecting the safety of our employees, customers, and community, and in slowing the spread of disease. We will continue to pay employees as usual during this time.
In the meantime, our online store will remain open. We ask customers for their patience as delivery times will be delayed. Our customer service team will remain available remotely through our social media channels, via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or over the phone at 800.441.4122.
We thank you for your understanding and patience during this extraordinary time. We will continue to follow state, federal, and local guidelines as we work to adapt to this new reality, together.
